Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is a new-type gas adsorption separation technique, to achieve the separation of gas by varying the pressure, is a purely physical process. PSA technology is widely used in the field of recovery and purification of H2, CH4, CO & CO2, and industrial gas separation field like air separation for oxygen and purification of coke oven gas.

 

Technical Features

Our company, after years of research and test on PSA, has developed complete hydrogen purification technology from a variety of hydrogen-rich sources, and from the gas mixture of multiple compositions like carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), nitrogen (N2), oxygen (O2) and etc; meanwhile providing customers with equipment upgrading services.

We have the following advantages of PSA technology:

  • low energy consumption, wide pressure range (0.1-6.0MPa)

  • high purity product, H2 preparation by PSA can reach purity of 95-99.999%

  • highly automatic, can be put into normal operation and produce qualified products after starting a short time

  • proprietary sequencing valve and efficient air distributor lengthen the service life of adsorbent

  • Product purity: up to 99.999%


Application Areas:

Purification of H2 from shift gas, methanol tail gas, water gas, coke oven gas, catalytic dry gas and etc

  • Purification of CO from water gas, semi-water gas, basic oxygen furnace gas, blast furnace gas, Texaco gas

  • Separation and purification of CO2 from shift gas, reformed gas, water gas, lime kiln gas and etc

  • Air separation of O2 by PSA

  • Natural gas decarbonization and light hydrocarbon recovery

  • Oil and gas recovery of depot station
