Due to membrane separation’s function of separation, concentration, purification and refining, and characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, molecular-level filtration and simple filtration process, and easy to control, it has been widely used in the field of food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, environmental protection, chemical industry, metallurgy, energy, water treatment, electronics and etc. It has produced huge economic and social benefits and become one of the three important gas separation technologies (PSA, cryogenic separation and membrane separation).

 

Technical Features:

Our company has provided the customers with a large number of membrane separation equipments, wherein more than 50 units of the membrane method hydrogen recovery units have been built and put into production.

Application Areas:

  • H2 recovery from methanol tail gas and purge gas

  • H2 recovery from ammonia tail gas

  • H2 recovery from refinery gas((hydrogenated dry gas, reformed gas, catalyst dry gas and etc)

  • CO purification from syngas

  • Removal of CO2 and H2S from natural gas

  • N2 separation from air
