Yongjing Sanxia Sepmem LNG Co., Ltd., a member of Chengdu Sepmem Science & Technology Co., Ltd., is located at Liujiaxia Economy & Development Zone, Yongjing County, Gansu Province, and scheduled for two phases.

First phase has been invested 150 million RMB to produce 160 tons of LNG daily and a fiscal output of 200 million RMB per year. The phase was started in 2010 and has been in operation since July of 2012

Second phase was funded with 100 million RMB and designed to produce 160 tons of LNG per day and a fiscal output of 400 million RMB. It was started in April of 2015 and has been in operation since June of 2016.
